UPDATE: Duluth Police Investigate ‘Unresponsive Female’ Outside

A call to an unresponsive woman in Duluth Tuesday night is, at this time, being ruled a medical emergency and not a criminal investigation.

Duluth police were called to the area of Lake Avenue and Harbor Highlands Drive around 7 p.m.

Officers reported a 48–year–old woman was lying next to a dumpster.

She was taken to the hospital and her condition is not known.

Duluth police are still looking into the incident.
