Courthouse Opened for Law Day Celebration in Duluth

More people than usual spent the day in court but not for what you might think.

People packed the St. Louis County Courthouse in Duluth as part of Law Day which is a celebration of the justice system.

They got free legal advice, learned more about the judicial system and toured the courthouse.

“I’ve come through here a few times, it’s on my route walking through Duluth,” said Laura Helwig. “It’s a really nice, beautiful old building so I always enjoy coming through here.”

This was the first time St. Louis County Courthouse in Duluth took part in Law Day.
