The City of Duluth Parks Commission is hosting their annual meeting on April 15.
Tomorrow’s meeting will focus on the St. Louis River Corridor initiative and recreational projects that will be funded with the projected $18 mill. tourism tax.
City leaders would like the community’s input on these projects.
Ed Hall, the Duluth Parks Commission Chair and Kathy Bergen, the City of Duluth Parks Manager stopped by Fox Sunrise to discuss what some of those projects would be.
Bergen tells us getting all of the projects done will take about 6 years, but there are some that can be finished this year.
The meeting will be held Wednesday, April 15 at 5:30 p.m. at Spirit Mountain’s Grand Avenue Chalet.
The chalet is located at 8551 Grand Ave.
