A couple is seeking money so they can adopt

There was an adoption fundraiser today at the Bayside Baptist church in Superior.

Kelly and Jesse Partlo are looking to adopt, however, the cost of adoption can exceed more than forty thousand dollars.

A pancake dinner fundraiser was held today to support their cause.

The meal included pancakes, eggs and sausage. There was also a raffle and face painting.

Kelly said “Community support is very important. there’s tons of families in the area that are going through the process, that have gone through the process and it’s awesome the support that they all give each other.”
