Latest Minnesota COVID-19 Numbers: April 27
ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Health reported 3,816 confirmed cases of COVID-19 throughout the state as of Monday morning.
The department also reported 286 deaths.
Health officials have cautioned that the real number of Minnesotans infected with COVID-19 is likely much higher due to a previous lack of testing throughout the state.
The number of reported cases in St. Louis County jumped to 67, while the number of deaths in the county remains at 10.
The department reported 292 patients are hospitalized as of Thursday morning due to COVID-19 and 122 of those patients are in the ICU.
Officials also said 1,842 patients have recovered and no longer need isolation.
