Oasis Del Norte Serves Up For Taco Tuesday At Duluth Cider
"I think through the food it shows how our culture is," said Owner Eduardo Sandoval-Luna.
DULUTH, Minn. – It may have been a rainy day but the Oasis Del Norte food truck found time to stop by Duluth cider for Taco Tuesday.
The food truck is in its first year of business and so far the reaction has been great.
The truck sells real authentic street tacos and a variety of other traditional Mexican dishes, based on recipes developed by the owner’s mother.
“I brought them to the Northland. This is the reason I started this,” said Owner Eduardo Sandoval- Luna. “I brought it to share with the Northland to have a different taste for Mexico. I think through the food it shows how our culture is.”
Oasis has a few stops scheduled for the week.
The food truck will be open from 11 a.m to 7 p.m. in West Duluth between 40th Avenue West and Grand Avenue.
The truck will also be serving food up the shore in Two Harbors in the former Carmody 61 parking lot.
