Federal Charges Against Duluth Firefighter
New federal charges have been brought against a Duluth firefighter accused of child pornography.
A seven count indictment against Caleb Lofald, of Hermantown, was recently returned by a Grand Jury.
According to documents Lofald is charged with possessing, producing and receiving child pornography on electronic devices.
The federal charges come more than a month after he was charged at the state level for criminal sexual conduct, possessing child pornography and interfering with privacy.
