Lincoln Park Structure Fire Displaces Three People

DULUTH, Minn. — A structure fire occurred in the early morning hours in Lincoln Park on Thursday, displacing three people.

The Duluth Fire Department said they got the call around 4 a.m. at a duplex on the 2400 block of West Fourth Street.

Responding agencies discovered flames coming from the second floor of a duplex.

Fire officials said all residents got out of the building safely, along with one cat.

Damage is estimated at $25,000.

The Duluth Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a cause.
