Duluth roads are about to get a mini-makeover.
Monday, the city council approved $234,500 to buy 5,000 tons of hot mix to permanently patch and fill potholes.
Harsh winters and Duluth’s natural hills keep city maintenance crews busy fixing seasonal potholes.
Crews are expected to start filling potholes once the ground thaws.
