Two children injured after fall at Gooseberry Falls

Life Link flew in two helicopters to Gooseberry Falls in Lake County Saturday afternoon after two children got injured during a fall.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office says the accident happened around 3 p.m.

Officials say the children fell into the Gooseberry River and then over the falls.

They were transported to a hospital in Duluth.

The conditions and ages of the children were not known Sunday evening.
