DULUTH, Minn.- In this week’s Coaches Corner, we hear from St. Scholastica Cross Country Head Coach Chad Salmela as the Saints get ready for NCAA Regionals on Saturday, November 11 in Colfax, Wisconsin.

Salmela has been the Saints’ cross country coach since 2016. Before that, he coached CSS’s nordic ski team for 10 seasons.
