Superior Library’s Merry Little Book Sale Ends Saturday

SUPERIOR, Wis. –Do you have a book lover on your gift list this year?
The Superior Library may be the place for you.
You can pick up reasonably priced, almost new books, that are being sold as part of Superior Library’s annual Merry Little Book Sale.

Craig Sherf, a director on the Board of the Friends of the Superior Library says the books for sale are all donated,
but to be included in this sale they need to be in near perfect condition.
On Saturday the sale runs from 10 am to 2 pm at the Superior Public Library.

“The books are pre-selected all year to be the best of the best,” said Craig  Sherf.”They are giftable books with no names, no marks and they are reasonably priced.
I don’t think there is anything over $10.”

During the sale on Saturday there will be coffee, cookies, and free gift wrapping.
A quartet will be on hand to perform.  Additionally, a special visitor from the North Pole is scheduled to drop in during the sale.

The money raised at this sale will help fund projects at the library throughout the year.
The Friends of the Superior Library said they hope to raise as much as $4,000.
