Lake Superior College Art Show On Display

DULUTH, Minn. — Hundreds of pieces of student-made artwork is on display at Lake Superior College.

The show includes drawings, paintings, ceramics, jewelry, metal art, and graphic design all there.

Many of the students are using the creativity to fulfill their fine arts and humanities.

“The majority of our students are not art majors. Many of them like art. Some are taking art for the very first time. So, for them to create works that they are proud of and want to put in the show is just a positive all the way around,” said Victoria Hutson, LSC art instructor.

Instructors also say the art show is a great way to encourage other students to take an art class at LSC.

The art exhibit will stay on display until Wednesday at 9 p.m.
