Former UMD Center Michela Cava Inks One-Year Deal with PWHL Minnesota

ST. PAUL, Minn.- A former Bulldog women’s hockey standout made it official with a PWHL squad.

Center Michela Cava has signed a one-year deal with PWHL Minnesota.

Minnesota would select Cava in the 12th round of the draft back in September.

She would skate for UMD for two seasons back in 2014 to 2016, totaling 44 points in 69 games.

Cava is one of four former Bulldogs on the current PWHL Minnesota roster.
