UMD AD Forrest Karr Named Executive Director of AHCA

Karr is set to begin his Executive Director position on July 1st.

DULUTH, Minn.- UMD athletic director Forrest Karr will soon be adding a new job to all his responsibilities.

Karr was named American Hockey Coaches Association Executive Director on Friday, replacing Joe Bertagna, who served in the position for 32 years.

Karr will still remain the Athletic Director at UMD.

He is set to begin his Executive Director position on July 1st.
