Wisconsin flags flown at half-staff to honor general
General passed away in September
Flags were flown at half-staff today in Wisconsin for General Robert Cone, who passed away in September.
Cone, who had been living in Wisconsin, died from cancer at the age of 59. He was set to be buried in Arlington National Cemetery today.
According to the Military Times, Cone was the general at Fort Hood in 2009 when 13 people were shot and killed.
