Voting Begins For MnDOT’s Name A Snowplow Contest

MINNESOTA — Voting has begun for the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s fourth annual Name a Snowplow contest.

MnDOT says out of the 8,000 submissions there are 50 finalists to choose from. The top 8 will then become snowplow names. A new name for each district.

Names to choose from include Barbie’s Dream Plow, Just Scraping By and Oh Snow You Didn’t!

Voting remains open until January 28. Those winning names will be announced late January.
