Hermantown Hockey Shut Out in Physical Matchup

Hawks' first scoreless game since December 29

HERMANTOWN, Minn.- The Hermantown boys hockey team failed to score in their 3-0 loss to St. Thomas Academy Friday night.

The first period ended without a goal as players from both teams delivered and received physical hits from each other. The Cadets pulled ahead in the second with two goals before knocking in an empty-net goal in the third period.

Hermantown (12-5-2) will stay at home this weekend to host Maple Grove on Saturday.
