Team Shuster Wins 2024 U.S. Men’s National Championship

Shuster, along with Chris Plys, Matt Hamilton, John Landsteiner, and Colin Hufman now are qualified for the 2024 World Championships in Switzerland.

DULUTH, Minn.- On Sunday, two Duluth Curling Club-based skips would go head-to-head in the USA Curling National Championship men’s final.

In the end, it took a comeback from the 2018 Olympic Gold medalist to decide a winner.

Team Shuster would put up a five on the scoreboard in the seventh end to take down Team Dropkin 11 to 6, to win the national title.

This is Shuster’s 10th national title and sixth in the last nine seasons.

Shuster, along with Chris Plys, Matt Hamilton, John Landsteiner, and Colin Hufman now are qualified for the 2024 World Championships in Switzerland. That begins on March 30th.
