Proctor Hockey Getting Hot at the Right Time
18 wins are most in single season in 25 years
PROCTOR, Minn.- With the postseason in sight, the Proctor boys hockey team has been playing their best since the start of the season in November.
The Rails have now won nine of their last 10 games. Co-captain and Senior Goaltender AJ Reyelts says everything has just been clicking at the right time for he and his teammates.
“It’s just kind of fun to be around every day, but when it’s time to dial in and get focused, we’re good at getting to the point and getting for stuff,” says Reyelts. “(We need to) just keep progressing every day and focus finishing strong throughout the season. We’re not trying to look too far ahead, so yeah, that’s kind of I think how we’re going to approach it.”
Proctor will wrap up their regular season on Thursday when they host Northern Lakes at Saint Luke’s Sports & Events Center.
