Trio of Yellowjackets Earn Weekly Conference Honors
Charlotte Ferstl, Simone Stephens, and Rose Beeman were all recognized by their conference.
SUPERIOR, Wis.- UW-Superior had a trio of athletes who secured weekly honors.
In women’s basketball, Charlotte Ferstl was named UMAC Player of the Week.
She posted her 3rd triple double of the season on Friday against Martin Luther. Ferstl also shot 68 percent from the field in UWS’ two matchups.
On the track, Simone Stephens was also UMAC Player of the Week.
She Pr’d in the mile race at the Maverick Invite.
Lastly on the ice, goalie Rose Beeman is WIAC Athlete of the Week after posting two shutouts against Northland.
