The Pillars Of Hermantown, Senior Living Community Celebrates Grand Opening

HERMANTOWN, Minn. — The newest senior living community had its opening celebration Thursday.

The Pillars of Hermantown has 105 apartments for loved ones and family members who are getting older.

It supports an active, independent lifestyle with a pickle ball court, pub, and game room. The location was chosen not only to add more senior living to the area but also because of its close proximity to shopping and other activities. The Pillars helps people remain independent for as long as they can.

“So, whether they move in at 55 or they move in at 75. It’s going to be a place where they can age successfully. And what that means is that they are provided opportunities to grow, nurture, learn, and interact with other generations,” said Julie Hudecheck, Director of Outreach and Sales for The Pillars of Hermantown.

There is still plenty of room for seniors. They have a First Look Fridays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. going on throughout February and March for the public to get a tour. The Pillars of Hermantown is located on Lavaque Road.
