Four Northlanders to Participate in U.S. NTDP Evaluation Camp
Hermantown's Victor Plante and AJ Francisco, Superior's JJ Marthaler, and Duluth Marshall's Kaenan Smith are all scheduled to participate.
PLYMOUTH, Mich.- 47 players were invited to the U.S. National Team Development Progam Evaluation Camp. 4 of which have ties to the Northland.
That includes Hermantown’s Victor Plante and AJ Francisco, Superior’s JJ Marthaler, and lastly Duluth Marshall’s Kaenan Smith.
Those four will head to Plymouth, Michigan later this week to participate in on-ice practices, off-ice training and a six-game schedule.
The goal of the camp is to prepare the athletes for participation on U.S. National Teams and success in their future hockey careers.
