Early Morning Structure Fire Causes $250,000 in Damages

The Superior Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 5:30 this morning.

It happened at 3420 North 21st St.

It was quickly confirmed that all three tenants that reside in the building had already exited.

Fire crews made several attempts to extinguish the fire but were unsuccessful with their interior attacks.

One firefighter experienced medical difficulties and had to exit the structure.

He has since been treated and released by the hospital.

Estimated loss due to the fire is $250,000.

All three residents have been assisted by the Red Cross for food and shelter.
