Asuma & Soumis Set to Compete in 42nd Annual MBCA All-Star Series

The games take place on April 6th at Anoka Ramsey Community College.

DULUTH, Minn.- Two Northland standouts will take part in the 42nd annual Minnesota High School All-Star Basketball Series.

Cherry’s Isaac Asuma and Hermantown’s Abe Soumis were both named to the blue team roster and will play in the games on April 6th at Anoka Ramsey Community College.

Asuma is coming off a season in which he led the Tigers to their first-ever Class A state title.

As for Soumis, he became the all-time scoring leader for the Hawks, who finished as the runner-ups in Section 7AAA.
