UMD Basketball Assistant Ryan Kirsch Named Head Coach at Iowa Central CC

DULUTH, Minn.- A UMD basketball assistant is moving up the coaching ranks.

Ryan Kirsch, who spent the last two seasons at UMD, has accepted the head coach position at Iowa Central Community College.

In his two years, he was a part of a staff that guided the Bulldogs to the NCAA tournament twice. UMD was also 52-17 during that time.
