Former UMD Forward Kyler Kleven Commits to Niagara University

In three seasons at UMD, Kleven would tally three goals and five assists.

DULUTH, Minn.- Another former UMD men’s hockey player has found his next college team.

Kyler Kleven has joined Niagara University for the upcoming season.

In three seasons at UMD, Kleven would tally three goals and five assists. He also sat out the entire 2022-2023 season with a torn labrum.

Kleven isn’t the only player on the Purple Eagles roster with UMD ties. Luke Mylymok, who played three seasons with the Bulldogs, is also at Niagara.
