Arrest Warrants Issued for Three Men in Connection with Duluth Homicide

DULUTH, Minn. — Arrest warrants have been issued for three men suspected to be involved in a stabbing-death in Duluth last Friday.

The incident happened on West First Street in downtown Duluth Friday, April 12, at around 2:15 am.

The victim, 25 year-old Chantel Moose of Duluth, was stabbed in the neck and later succumbed to her injuries.

The three suspects include; a 34-year-old Canton, Michigan resident wanted for 2nd degree murder without intent, a 26-year-old Duluth resident wanted for 2nd degree assault with a dangerous weapon and a 26-year-old, residency unknown, wanted for 2nd degree assault with a dangerous weapon.

Duluth Police Chief Mike Ceynowa said in a statement Friday, “we hope that the arrest of these three men will bring peace to Chantel, her family, and her loved
ones as they are grieving her loss.”

FOX 21 does not normally name suspects until they are formally charged.
