Duluth East Names Dave Bergan as New Head Boys Soccer Coach

DULUTH, Minn.- Duluth East boys soccer has a new head coach and he’s familiar to the area.

Dave Bergan will replace Corey Bachand, who stepped down after six seasons at the helm.

Bergan previously coached at Cloquet High School, where he led them to an undefeated regular season in 2020 and was named Section 7A Coach of the Year.

Bergan takes over a Greyhound squad that went 11-4-3 a year ago.
