Superior’s Emma Raye Named to Big Ten All-Freshman & All-Defensive Teams

SUPERIOR, Wis.- Superior native and current Northwestern catcher Emma Raye landed on two Big Ten teams on Wednesday afternoon.

Raye was named to the All-Freshman team as well as the All-Defensive team.

In 43 games played this season, she has 29 hits, 10 of which were home runs.

Defensively, Raye threw out 12 base runners.

She and the Wildcats will next play Indiana on Thursday in the Big Ten Tournament.
