Haugen Earns 300th Career Win for Esko Baseball, Marshall Blanks Roseau

Finn Furcht for Esko and Tanner Carlson for Duluth Marshall would each have complete game shutouts. Furcht threw a no-hitter as well.

ESKO, Minn.- Esko baseball head coach Ben Haugen celebrated a milestone in Friday’s 10-0 win over Roseau.

Haugen would pick up his 300th career victory in the contest.

Esko was led by Finn Furcht, who tossed a complete game no-hitter.

Esko improves to 13-0 on the season and will next play at Rock Ridge on Monday.

In other prep baseball action, Duluth Marshall would also shut out Roseau on Friday as they won 2-0.

Tanner Carlson had a complete game shutout for the Hilltoppers.

Marshall (7-2) is next in action on Saturday at Proctor.
