Harbor Monsters Confident Heading Into Inaugural Game Against Dallas Falcons

Kickoff is at 7 PM at the DECC Arena on Saturday.

DULUTH, Minn.- On Saturday, the Duluth Harbors Monsters will hit the field for their inaugural game against the Dallas Falcons.

The finish line so to speak as the team was announced back in April of 2023.

Since then, there’s been tryouts and a training camp in efforts to build a talented roster.

Head Coach Tony O’Neil expressed confidence in his team leading up to Saturday’s exhibition game.

That confidence has trickled down to his players as well, who are eager to show Duluth and the community their style of play.

“I just can’t wait to see what we’re going to do with the first game and as the season goes on, because we’re going to start getting more communication. We’re going to get closer and closer as the season goes. That brotherhood aspect is a lot and I’m just excited to see what we can all do on the field,” said wide receiver Nathan Chromy.

“You know going from playing outside or like flag or anything like that compared to playing indoor in a much faster paced game. It’s a show. It’s much faster and it’s something that I think the fans can enjoy a little bit more than they did with outside football,” added wide receiver and defensive back Terrance Wenzel.

Kickoff is at 7 PM at the DECC Arena on Saturday.
