UPDATE: Apple Valley Woman Located Safe

UPDATE: Mildred Besson was located safe in the city of Ramsey in the early afternoon of Tuesday, November 8.

The Apple Valley Police Department is asking for assistance in locating Mildred Besson, 84, of Apple Valley.

Mildred was last seen around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, November 7 when she left home to run an errand.

Mildred is described as 5’3”, 113 pounds with dark hair and glasses.

She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black sweatpants with white stripes on the side.

Mildred is driving a green 2005 Dodge Caravan with Minnesota handicapped plate 7211HM.

Possible destinations include Time Square in Apple Valley, Target on Cedar and Cub but she could be anywhere.

Apple Valley PD is asking the public to keep an eye out in parking lots, along roadsides or gas stations.
