Wilderness Hire Brandon Ferns as GM, Steve Williams as Assistant GM

Ferns takes over for David Boitz, who was promoted to president of operations for the Wilderness.

CLOQUET, Minn.- The Minnesota Wilderness have a new general manager and a new assistant general manager.

On Wednesday, the team announced the hiring of Brandon Ferns as GM and Steve Williams as assistant GM.

Both spent last season with the Chippewa Steel serving as Co-Assistant general managers.

Ferns takes over for David Boitz, who was promoted to president of operations for the Wilderness.
