Northwood/Solon Springs Baseball to Play for Division 4 State Title

Northwood/Solon Springs will next face Eleva-Strum in the championship game on Thursday. First pitch is at 9:05 AM.

GRAND CHUTE, Wis.- In their first-ever state tournament appearance, the Northwood/Solon Springs baseball team will play for their first-ever state championship.

On Tuesday, the Green Eagles shut out Johnson Creek, 7-0 in the state semifinals.

Abraham Ahlberg pitched a gem, throwing 6 2/3 innings of shutout baseball on the mound. He also had three hits offensively with one run batted in.
