12-Year-Old Bicyclist Struck in Ashland County

MARENGO, Wis. — A 12-year-old bicyclist was life flighted after being struck by a vehicle near Marengo, about 20 miles south of Ashland.

This happened Thursday afternoon around 3:30 p.m., the Ashland County Dispatch Center received a call that a vehicle hit struck the 12-year-old on their bike.

The condition of the 12-year-old is currently unknown.

The driver of the vehicle was released without injury.

This crash remains under investigation by the Ashland County Sheriff’s Office.
