Congressman Rick Nolan Visits Gun Range in Proctor

Nolan met at the gun club with area trap teams.

Congressman Rick Nolan shot a few rounds with members of the Hermantown, Proctor, and Duluth East trap teams.

Nolan shot pretty good on the range and admitted he was a little rusty on his first few shots, but found a groove later on.

“I’m trying to promote the sport, gun safety, promote hunting, promote recreational shooting. It’s just a good clean wholesome spot that brings families together, kids together,” said Nolan.

Nolan is up for re-election against Stewart Mills in a tightly contested eighth district race.
