AMSOIL Acquires a New Grease Manufacturing Company

SUPERIOR, Minn. — AMSOIL has acquired Aerospace Lubricants, an Ohio based company that specializes in designing and manufacturing specialized grease.

Aerospace Lubricants will operate as an independent of AMSOIL and will not be rebranded.

The CEO of AMSOIL said the new acquirement will allow AMSOIL to access a new market, as Aerospace Lubricants produces grease for industrial and commercial purposes.

“It is going to remain Aerospace Lubricants, it makes grease for other companies too,” said Alan Amatuzio, AMSOIL Chairman & CEO. “So it’s not just going to be an AMSOIL exclusive brand, we will be essentially a customer of ourselves, Aerospace will make AMSOIL greases as well as greases for other customers.”

Under AMSOIL’s leadership, Aerospace will serve existing and new customers.

AMSOIL also has job openings, for those looking to get into the industry.
