Two Extra-Time Goals Lift Duluth FC to NPSL Championship Game

Duluth FC advances to the NPSL Championship game on Saturday. They'll face Dakota Fusion.

DULUTH, Minn.- It took extra-time to decide a winner between the Minnesota Twin Stars and the Duluth FC on Wednesday in the NPSL semifinals.

In the 98th minute, Dylan Sumner broke the scoreless tie when he connected on a penalty kick.

Then seven minutes later, Felipe Santon put the game on ice with another BlueGreens goals.

Duluth FC advances to the NPSL Championship game on Saturday. They’ll face Dakota Fusion.
