Trio of Huskies Set to Play for Great Plains Division at Northwoods League All-Star Game

First baseman and DH MJ Sweeney, utilityman Charlie Sutherland, and pitcher Caden Kratz were all named to the Great Plains Division Roster.

DULUTH, Minn.- In just 11 days, the best of the Northwoods League will head to Mankato to participate in the league’s annual All-Star Game.

On Friday, it was announced that three Huskies will take part in the festivities.

First baseman and DH MJ Sweeney, utilityman Charlie Sutherland, and pitcher Caden Kratz were all named to the Great Plains Division Roster.

Sweeney currently leads the team with 10 home runs.

Sutherland is batting .317 with 45 hits.

And lastly, Kratz has an era of 1.17 in 11 games.

The trio hit ISG Field on July 23rd at 7:05 PM.
