Former Bulldog & Saint Brenden Kotyk Named Assistant Coach for Savannah Ghost Pirates

Kotyk last suited up for UMD back in 2017. He was with CSS for one season in 2012 and 2013.

DULUTH, Minn.- A former St. Scholastica Saint and UMD Bulldog continues to make his way up the coaching ranks.

Brenden Kotyk has been named as the assistant coach of the Savannah Ghost Pirates of the ECHL. The Ghost Pirates are an affiliate of the Florida Panthers.

Kotyk is no stranger to the ECHL. He spent the last four seasons in multiple roles, including head coach for the South Carolina Stingrays.

Kotyk last suited up for UMD back in 2017. He was with CSS for one season in 2012 and 2013.
