Duluth Tropics & Proctor/Hermantown Post 106 Go Unbeaten on Day 1 of Substate 10 Tournament

Duluth & Proctor/Hermantown will face off against one another on Wednesday at 6 pm in Cloquet.

PROCTOR, Minn.- The Duluth Tropics entered substate tournament play on Wednesday as the number one seed.

And they played like it, picking up wins against Rock Ridge and Grand Rapids. The Tropics topped Post 239 9-0 and Post 60 2-0.

Duluth will next meet Proctor/Hermantown, who defeated Hibbing 8 to 6 on the other side of the bracket.

That contest will take place at 6 PM on Thursday at Mettner Field in Cloquet.
