UMD Football’s Pitz & Williams Land on Reece’s Senior Bowl Watchlist

Pitz and Williams are the first Bulldogs since Brent Laing in 2021 to be named to the Reece's Senior Bowl Watchlist.

DULUTH, Minn.- UMD football’s Sam Pitz and Aiden Williams have had plenty of preseason recognition this off-season.

That continued on Wednesday, when the duo was named to the 2025 Reece’s Senior Bowl watchlist.

It’s the 3rd time each player has landed on a watchlist as they previously were named to the East/West Shrine Bowl watchlist and the D2football.com Elite 100 watchlist.

Pitz and Williams are the first Bulldogs since Brent Laing in 2021 to be named to the Reece’s Senior Bowl Watchlist.

UMD opens the season a week from Thursday at Northern Michigan.
