Wieck to Make Return to Iowa as Bulldogs Battle Hawkeyes in Exhibition Game

Wieck joined the Hawkeyes as a walk-on forward in the 2004 season.

DULUTH, Minn.- UMD men’s head coach Justin Wieck will be making a return to his alma mater this season.

On October 25th, he will lead his Bulldogs against the University of Iowa in an exhibition game.

Wieck joined the Hawkeyes as a walk-on forward in the 2004 season. He was a part of two straight NCAA tournament appearances and one Big Ten title.

Wieck also served as a video coordinator and a graduate assistant coach for four seasons after he wrapped up his playing career.
