Two Rivers Spoils Season & Home Opener for C-E-C Boys Soccer

Collin Young had the lone goal for the Lumberjacks.

CLOQUET, Minn.- The Cloquet-Esko-Carlton boys soccer team began their season on Friday against another state tournament team from a year ago in Two Rivers.

After scoring less than eight minutes into the contest, C-E-C let up two goals to end the half and that proved to be the difference maker as they fell to Warriors, 2-1.

Collin Young had the lone goal for the Lumberjacks.

C-E-C (0-1) will next host Columbia Heights on Saturday at noon.
