Superior Aero Estates Introduces First Fly-in Community

Saginaw, Minn.–A new aero community is finally ready to take flight!

Superior Aero Estates debuted their runway, which is now open and ready to use. Being a one of a kind in the Duluth area, this space will house aviation enthusiasts with their planes. The area gives residents the freedom to pursue their dream home, all while being next to spacious hangars. Officials say this style of living is similar to another common way of living in Minnesota.

“This is the equivalent of being, having property on a lake front, and with your boat.” explained Nick Clattenburg, founder of Superior Aero Estates. “So, you know a lot of people have boats, but don’t necessarily live on a lake. So, this is that equivalent to aviators. To where you’re actually able to live at the airport and use your plane. Rather than having to commute your plane back and forth.”

With this project, the Superior Aero Estates team is excited to bring in some new opportunities to the aviation community in the area!
