The Snake Pit Opens New Location

HERMANTOWN, Minn.–A place where reptile enthusiasts call home, recently got a new home!

Their old building shut down, and the community came together to help give them a new location.
The Snake Pit in Hermantown has been serving the community closer to three decades now.
From classroom interactions to simple stops for all things reptile care.
That new shop is finally open, and welcoming customers.
Owner Roger Hill says he feels gratitude towards those who helped make this happen.

“It’s indescribable. I mean, I had no idea that, that many people were paying attention. I guess, you know. You know there’s people that remember me from thirty years ago from classroom visits to help and, it’s really rewarding.” said Roger Hill

The Snake Pit will keep their store hours and functions the same in their new location.
They’re looking forward to continuing their service!
