The Intrepid Boutique Hotel Now Open in Downtown Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. — A new boutique hotel in the heart of Downtown Duluth is celebrating its grand opening.

The Intrepid Boutique Hotel is located on the 200 block of East Superior Street with views of Lake Superior. Owners tell Fox 21 the goal was to bring luxury accommodations to the historic arts and theatre district.

“Really gives a concept of like you’re at home, even though you’re in an urban environment. We provide parking for our folks on site, which is very rare in this district. We also provide extended stay capabilities and connectivity between the units to accommodate for larger groups,” said Brian Forcier, CEO of Titanium Partners. “There’s even been some celebrities that have been through and stayed, which we really appreciate. And it’s kind of a cool honor to be picked as the place for those folks to pick, for Duluth.”

The Intrepid offers 8 different layouts. The building was built in 1952 and was renovated last year. The bottom level houses a new dental office.
