Superior Meats Takes Home More Awards

An award-winning Twin Ports business has taken home even more trophies.

Superior Meats won the “Grand Champion” title for its Colorado jerky and another for its yellow-jacket cooked bratwurst, according to the owners.

The awards were given at a statewide meat competition put on by the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors.

The butchers were scored in categories like taste, texture and aroma.
