Duluth Man Arrested for Drive-By Shooting and Protection Order Violation
DULUTH, Minn. — A 43-year-old Duluth man has been arrested on charges of felony drive-by shooting and violating an order for protection.
The arrest follows an investigation into a shooting incident on September 22 in the 5400 block of Oakley Street, where home occupants were present, but fortunately uninjured.
The suspect and residents are known to each other, according to a press release.
While being booked at the St. Louis County Jail, officers discovered a small quantity of meth on the suspect, leading to an additional charge of contraband smuggling.
